Thank you for shopping at The Avenue Apparel Co.! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Domestic Shipping Only
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping options at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.
3. Shipping Rates and Estimates
We proudly offer shipping services through UPS (our preferred carrier) and USPS.
• Real-Time Calculation: Shipping charges as well as delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout.
• Delivery Estimates: Please note that estimated delivery times are provided directly by the selected shipping carrier, and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
• Tracking Availability: Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active and available.
• Carrier Tracking Links: You can enter your tracking number directly into the appropriate carrier portal below:
- Check your package status on the official UPS Tracking Page.
- Check your package status on the official USPS Tracking Page.
5. Damages & Shipping Issues
The Avenue Apparel Co. is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
